- Supervising restructuring of companies;
- Court Approval of a Private Composition (Prevention of Insolvency) Act;
- advising and litigating on the position and liability of financiers, creditors, directors, shareholders and supervisory directors;
- creating and enforcing security, such as pledges and mortgages;
- filing for bankruptcy or a suspension of payment, as well as supervising the process.
