Floris assists contractors, clients, developers and consultants with respect to drafting, reviewing and explaining procurement and development documents, construction agreements and consultant contracts, among other matters. 

Floris has extensive experience in the application and interpretation of the various standard terms and conditions used in construction, such as the Woningborg guarantee scheme, the DNR, the UAV 1989 and 2012 and the UAV-GC.
