Roos joined Wintertaling as a working student in 2022. Since completing her master's degree in 2025, Roos has worked full-time as a paralegal, supporting the company's corporate law practice. Her work includes preparing, drafting, and reviewing legal documents and contracts, and conducting legal research. Since the end of 2025, Roos has been sworn in and continues her work at Wintertaling as a lawyer.
