Bas has been a lawyer since 1986 and specializes in both private and public construction law (environmental law). He advises and litigates in disputes between contractors and clients, construction defects, procurement disputes, completion and settlement disputes, architectural law and neighbor law. In the area of environmental law, Bas advises and litigates on environmental permits, environmental plans, out-of-plan environmental plan activities (BOPA's), municipalities' right of first refusal.
