Our lawyers advise and assist our clients from the negotiating stage to the final result, and act as their sparring partners. We assist property investors, developers, contractors, principals, architects and housing corporations, from the acquisition of land and the execution of construction projects to the operation of the property. Our expertise covers both the private-law and the public-law property aspects. We furthermore frequently advise on landlord-tenant law issues and can assist in the negotiation, review and drafting of leases.
