Julien has been a lawyer in the Corporate M&A team since 2023. Within Wintertaling, Julien focuses in particular on issues relating to mergers and acquisitions, structuring and financing, start-ups and scale-ups and the corporate governance of both Dutch and international (listed) companies.

Work experience/specialties

During his studies, Julien gained experience in both criminal law and tax and corporate law before joining Wintertaling in 2022.
