As Operational / HR Manager, Lonneke deals with all operational matters within Wintertaling such as contract management and financial administration. She is also responsible for all kinds of personnel matters and is the contact person for the employees.

Work experience/specialties

Lonneke worked in tourism for many years.
After her career switch towards Human Resources, she has held various positions such as Intermediary, Personnel Officer and HR Specialist at both commercial and semi non-profit organizations.
She joined Wintertaling in the combined position of Operational / HR Manager in 2019.

Education

Lonneke completed studies at the National College of Tourism & Transportation in 2006.
After working in tourism for several years, she retrained in the HR field. For this, she took the Human Resources Management and Post HBO personnel management course at the NCOI.
