On October 11, 2018, the conference "Tenancy Law Currents from Privacy to Blockchain" took place. Marlies van Schoonhoven-Sloot and Derk van Geel (FORT attorneys) presented the workshop "Securities in Bankruptcy." They discussed securities provided for lease agreements in bankruptcy proceedings. The second revised edition of the Commercial Tenancy Law Handbook was also presented during the conference. It updates various themes related to commercial tenancy law. This authoritative handbook is a must-have. Marlies is a co-author of this handbook. Together with Derk van Geel, she wrote a chapter on possible securities in commercial tenancy law (Chapter 14).
