On October 11, 2018, the conference "Tenancy Law Currents from Privacy to Blockchain" took place. Marlies van Schoonhoven-Sloot and Derk van Geel (FORT Advocaten) presented the workshop "Securities in Bankruptcy." They discussed securities provided for lease agreements in bankruptcy. The second revised edition of the Tenancy Law Handbook was also presented during the conference.
