Administrative and civil law aspects

The media is full of reports about the hundreds of projects that have been canceled as a result of the Council of State's rulings on the Nitrogen Action Program (PAS) and, just as urgently, regulations regarding PFAS. This Wintertaling workshop will examine the Council of State's PAS rulings and the PFAS bottlenecks from two perspectives:

– the administrative law side: what do the PAS rulings and PFAS bottlenecks mean for (current) applications for an environmental permit and already permitted projects and what remedies are there (such as the so-called ADC test);

– the civil law consequences of all those projects that have now been cancelled or postponed.
