On May 8, Edo Smid of Wintertaling spoke during the press conference of the campaign “Source2Sea” by Merijn Tinga, also known as the “Plastic Soup Surfer” and the Plastic Free Sea Foundation. The campaign “Source2Sea”" will focus on reducing plastic pollution in rivers and seas in June and on raising public awareness of plastic pollution in general and the dangers of nano-plastic particles in rivers and seas to humans and animals in particular.
