Rompslomp.nl is a SaaS provider of an online accounting package ideally suited for freelancers and the self-employed, with tens of thousands of users in the Netherlands. The software is developed in-house.

Visma Software BV is a subsidiary of the Norwegian company Visma AS, the market leader in Scandinavia. Visma, a European leader in cloud business solutions, offers software and services that simplify and digitize business processes in the private and (semi-)public sectors. The Visma Group operates throughout Scandinavia, the Benelux region, and Central and Eastern Europe, has over 14,000 employees, and generated net revenue of over €1.741 million in 2021.

With this acquisition, Rompslomp.nl will benefit from Visma's network, knowledge, and experience to further assist its users with their accounting. Rompslomp.nl will operate under its own name as an independent division of Visma Software.
