Roeland van Ruth is an experienced real estate lawyer. He has a broad civil real estate practice with a special focus on real estate transactions, project development and tenancy law. He is also an expert in the field of property rights such as leasehold, building rights and easements
Roeland advises and assists clients in negotiations, the purchase and sale of real estate and (re)developments. He also has extensive experience in real estate due diligence and the drafting of (real estate) contracts such as purchase agreements, anterior agreements, cooperation agreements and letters of intent. Roeland is a regular sparring partner for buyers, sellers and developers and has a special affinity for complex property transactions, logistics and retail projects. By being involved in projects from the outset, he guides his clients strategically and legally to the best possible result.
Roeland also advises and litigates regularly in lease law issues, both in the area of residential and business accommodation. He also has a great deal of experience in drawing up (complex) lease contracts, including triple net lease contracts and hotel lease contracts.
Roeland acts on behalf of investors, developers, (international) retail companies, hotel chains, logistics service providers, housing corporations, managers, landlords and tenants.

Roeland studied Dutch law at the University of Amsterdam and was sworn in as a lawyer in 2006.
