Thédoor has been a lawyer in corporate law since 2002 and has experience in negotiations, the purchase and sale of companies, agreements between shareholders, participation structures, joint ventures and restructurings within a group of companies.

Thédoor has special experience in the temporary employment sector, logistics, IT and software and manufacturing industry and often acts for family businesses and private equity, both nationally and internationally.
