Holland Capital invests in Valori
Investment firm Holland Capital has acquired a majority stake in Valori, the largest independent software testing and quality assurance provider in the Netherlands. With this chosen strategy, Valori aims to further strengthen its position in software testing and quality assurance and achieve a turnover of approximately EUR 50 million.
Valori was founded in 1989 and is located in Utrecht. Valori tests new computer systems and modifications to existing systems. With over 200 specialized professionals, it has expertise in a wide range of sectors, tools, and software platforms.
