A new Business Valuation program will begin at Nyenrode Business University in September 2019. Marein Smits of Wintertaling lawyers and civil-law notaries has been a lecturer in the Registered Valuator (RV) program at various institutions for 10 years.

The program is aimed at professionals engaged in business valuation and those who want to distinguish themselves in corporate advisory and transactional work. Marein explains the reasons for choosing this program in this contribution.
