Dear customer,
The entire country is in the grip of the coronavirus (COVID-19), and this is impacting our daily lives. Many businesses and institutions are temporarily closed or are trying to continue providing services as best as possible in other, unconventional ways. We would like to inform you about Wintertaling's services during the coronavirus pandemic and the measures the office has taken. This is to minimize the risks of this outbreak while maintaining the highest possible level of service delivery.
Services
Wintertaling has implemented measures to enable as many employees as possible to work from home in the coming period. Work that requires an office presence will be carried out with minimal staffing and under strict guidelines. Clients will therefore not experience any interruption to our services. Employees working from home have sufficient home-working facilities and can receive calls during office hours. A call forwarding feature is also enabled, allowing calls to their personal office number to be forwarded directly to the relevant colleague.
Factsheet and Protocol Coronavirus
To inform employees about the coronavirus, Wintertaling has a Factsheet & Protocol Coronavirus Created and emailed to its employees, it explains the coronavirus, prevention, infection, and how to act after infection.
Meetings and appointments at the office
To keep the Coronavirus out of Wintertaling, meetings and appointments (internal and external) are held remotely as much as possible via conference calls or postponed to a later date.
Courts, courts of appeal and special colleges closed
The courts, courts of appeal, and special tribunals will close as of Tuesday, March 17, 2020. Only urgent cases will continue. The Judicial Council is currently investigating whether written proceedings can proceed and, if so, how. Our lawyers will keep you informed and contact you if necessary. Visiting events at home and abroad and business trips
As long as the RIVM guidelines are in effect, no visits will be made to events at home or abroad. No business trips will be made to risk areas either.
If there are any new developments, updates, or changed advice from the RIVM, or changes to the above measures, we will inform you again by email.
Do you have any questions regarding this message or our measures? Please contact your contact person or call 020 – 3305958 and ask for Lonneke Bont (Operations/HR Manager).
