About Wintertaling

We are a medium-sized law firm with over 15 years of experience. Our team of 24 colleagues comprises a close-knit mix of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. We advise and litigate in:

• Corporate M&A;
• Construction & Real Estate Law;
• Disputes & Insolvency Law.

What sets us apart? Our open and informal culture and the fact that all permanent employees are co-owners. Lawyers or not, everyone is a shareholder and shares in the profits. We combine hard work with relaxation. For example, we have a foosball table and regularly organize drinks. We have lunch together every day.


Your internship

• Assist in drafting and assessing agreements, advice and procedural documents;
• Conduct legal research and clearly summarize your findings;
• Gain legal experience by attending hearings and seeing how things work in court;
• Gain a broad perspective on the office environment. Do you have a preference for a specific legal area? Then we'll explore the options together.;
• Participate in office drinks and outings.


This is you

• You are in the final phase of your bachelor's degree or your master's degree in Dutch law (WO);
• You are available 5 days a week for 2 months (40 hours per week);
• You communicate excellently in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing.
