The Wintertaling team, led by Marein Smits, is proud to SPIE Netherlands to assist in the negotiations with Strukton regarding the acquisition of Strukton Worksphere.  

With this acquisition, SPIE becomes the largest multi-technical service provider in the Netherlands, with a turnover of over €1.2 billion. Wintertaling is now working on finalizing the acquisition, which is expected to take place in the first quarter of 2022. The transaction will be completed after the works councils have approved it and the European competition authorities have given their approval.
