Sandra is a specialist in the field of dispute resolution, corporate law and insolvency law. She has more than 25 years experience in these areas of law.
Sandra advises and litigates on corporate law issues, commercial partnerships, mass claims and commercial contracts. Financial problems within companies, insolvency law and the actions of a receiver or administrator hold no secrets for her. She regularly assists companies, directors and financiers who are faced with the consequences of financial difficulties, directors' liability, pauliana (disadvantages of creditors), and supervises restructurings.
Seizure and execution law and the enforcement of foreign judgments are also part of her expertise.

Sandra was sworn in as a lawyer in 1997. Until 2010 she practiced at Boekel De Neree (now Dentons Boekel) in Amsterdam. She then joined Legaltree as a partner. In 2017 she co-founded a law firm in Het Gooi and in 2022 she made the switch to Wintertaling.
