Roos started at Wintertaling in 2022 as a working student and has been working as a lawyer since December 2025. Roos focuses primarily on corporate law issues and litigation. In addition, she provides support on matters in the field of privacy and data protection law.

- In 2021-2022 Roos served the position of Commissioner of Education and Faculty Affairs within the seven-member board of the Legal Faculty of Amsterdam Students (in Dutch: Juridische Faculteit der Amsterdamsche Studenten).
