Roos joined Wintertaling as a working student in 2022. Since completing her master's degree in 2025, Roos has worked full-time as a paralegal, supporting the company's corporate law practice. Her work includes preparing, drafting, and reviewing legal documents and contracts, and conducting legal research.

Education
- Roos received her bachelor's degree in law from the University of Amsterdam.
- Roos obtained her Master's degree in Law with a specialization in Internet, Intellectual Property and ICT from the Vrije Universiteit.
Work experience
- In 2021-2022 Roos served the position of Commissioner of Education and Faculty Affairs within the seven-member board of the Legal Faculty of Amsterdam Students (in Dutch: Juridische Faculteit der Amsterdamsche Studenten).
