Wintertaling partner of GO!-NH

On November 19, 2019, Wintertaling, together with Leapfunder for the fourth time a presentation and workshop on the legal and economic aspects of startups and financing, as part of the accelerator program of GO!-NH.

GO!-NH is a program from the province of North Holland in which 13 startups and spin-offs accelerate their businesses in three months through training, tools, and professional support from experts. Tim Carapiet covered the basics of setting up a private limited company (BV), structuring the business, various forms of financing, and the terms and conditions associated with convertible or equity investments. In one-on-one sessions, all participants received a legal review and guidance on navigating the legal jungle to best shape their startup.
