Teun works within the Corporate | M&A practice at Wintertaling. He advises and supports national and international clients on corporate law matters and M&A transactions. In his daily practice, he is involved in a wide range of transactions and guides clients throughout the entire process, from due diligence and contract negotiations to the completion of the transaction. Additionally, Teun focuses on matters relating to corporate governance and commercial contracts.
