Joel has been working in M&A since 2000. Having worked for some of the major national and international law firms in the Netherlands, he has experience in a wide array of transactions, ranging from early stage investments to major corporate takeovers. Joel also has broad experience drafting complex shareholder arrangements, always trying to maximize utility for all parties involved by a creative and hands-on approach.

Joel's clients include private investors, private equity funds and companies, both locally and internationally.

Joel has been a partner at Wintertaling since 2025.
