Esra is a lawyer in the Corporate M&A team. Within Wintertaling, Esra deals with various issues in the field of M&A transactions, startups and scale-ups and the governance of both Dutch and international (listed) companies.
She studied at Leiden University and started at Wintertaling as a student intern.

Education
Esra graduated from the University of Leiden, where after her LL.B in Law and Economics, she obtained her LL.M degree in Corporate Law.
The subject of her master thesis was directors' liability in selective payment situations.
