Would you like to put the theory you acquired during your studies in Dutch law into practice? Or would you rather be introduced to a new area of Dutch law? Join Wintertaling as a Student Trainee for two months!
Wintertaling is looking for enthusiastic student interns looking to gain experience within a commercial law firm.
What will you do?
From your first day, you will be involved in our team and dive into various legal cases under the guidance of our lawyers. Your work is of great importance and your tasks will be diverse. This includes assisting in the drafting of agreements, opinions and litigation documents and sorting out various legal issues. We also have a litigation practice, which means that our lawyers litigate in court. Are you curious about what it's like in court? Then come along to a hearing. And of course you are welcome to attend our office parties and outings.
The internship is basically office-wide. If you have a preference for a specific area of law, that's no problem! We will look at the possibilities.
Your profile:
- You are in the final phase of your bachelor's or master's degree in Dutch law;
- You are available 5 days a week for 2 months; and
- You have a command of the Dutch and English languages, both oral and written.
Who are we?
Wintertaling is a medium-sized law firm and has been in existence for more than 10 years. We provide support in the areas of Corporate M&A, Construction Law & Real Estate Law and Litigation & Insolvency Law. Our clients include national and international corporations (medium and large enterprises), family businesses and high net worth individuals. The team of 22 consists of a mix of lawyers, legal assistants and support staff. Wintertaling is distinguished from other law firms by its open and informal corporate culture. Our new structure makes all permanent employees, lawyer or not, co-owners. This means that everyone is a shareholder and shares in the profits.
