{"id":8213,"date":"2019-11-21T14:47:05","date_gmt":"2019-11-21T14:47:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wintertaling.nl\/?p=5000"},"modified":"2024-03-10T16:06:27","modified_gmt":"2024-03-10T16:06:27","slug":"presentatie-go-nh-19-november-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wintertaling.nl\/en\/presentatie-go-nh-19-november-2019\/","title":{"rendered":"Workshop GO!-NH \u2013 November 19, 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Wintertaling partner of GO!-NH<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5008\" src=\"https:\/\/wintertaling.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/input.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"454\" height=\"161\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On November 19, 2019, Wintertaling, together with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leapfunder.com\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Leapfunder<\/a> for the fourth time a presentation and workshop on the legal and economic aspects of startups and financing, as part of the accelerator program of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.noord-holland.nl\/Onderwerpen\/Economie_Werk\/Projecten\/GO_NH\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">GO!-NH<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>GO!-NH is a program from the province of North Holland in which 13 startups and spin-offs accelerate their businesses in three months through training, tools, and professional support from experts. <a href=\"https:\/\/wintertaling.nl\/en\/team\/tim-carapiet\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Tim Carapiet<\/a> covered the basics of setting up a private limited company (BV), structuring the business, various forms of financing, and the terms and conditions associated with convertible or equity investments.
