A lawyer since 2022, Tessa works within corporate and commercial contract law, with a focus on advising and litigating disputes. In particular, she deals with intra-company disputes, non-performance of contracts and disputes surrounding acquisitions.
Tessa studied Private Law, majoring in Commercial Legal Practice at the University of Amsterdam. During her studies, she gained experience as legal counsel at a business services company and as a legal assistant at a law firm specialising in corporate and contract law. In January 2024, she completed the professional training for lawyers.
