As Operational/HR Manager, Lonneke is responsible for all operational matters within Wintertaling, such as contract management, financial administration, website management, etc. She is also responsible for all kinds of personnel matters and is the contact person for the employees.

Education
Lonneke graduated from the National University of Applied Sciences for Tourism and Transport in 2006. After working for several years, she retrained in HR. She completed the Human Resources Management and Post-HBO Personnel Management programs at the NCOI.
Work experience
Lonneke has a background in tourism and worked in the industry for many years. After switching careers to Human Resources, she held various positions, including recruitment consultant, personnel officer, and HR Specialist, at both commercial and semi-nonprofit organizations. Since 2019, she has been working at Wintertaling in the combined role of Operations/HR Manager.
